Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Website Experience Optimization Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in optimizing website performance, user experience, and conversion rates. This role demands a deep understanding of UX/UI principles, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to enhance our online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Website Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the company’s website, ensuring high performance, functionality, and a superior user experience.
- User Experience Optimization: Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify areas for improvement. Implement UX/UI best practices to enhance user engagement, satisfaction, and overall experience.
- Content Strategy: Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives, ensuring the content is relevant, engaging, and optimized for SEO.
- A/B Testing: Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of various website elements and make data-driven decisions to improve conversion rates.
- Performance Analytics: Use web analytics tools to monitor website performance, track key metrics, and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Project Management: Lead and manage website-related projects, coordinating with designers, developers, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- SEO and SEM: Work closely with the marketing team to implement SEO and SEM strategies that increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- Accessibility Compliance: Ensure the website meets accessibility standards and offers an inclusive experience for all users.
- Trend Analysis: Stay informed about the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to keep the website competitive and innovative.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality deliverables and support.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in website management, UX/UI design, or a related role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM strategies.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with web design and development tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
