Responsibilities :
- Lead the technical architecture and development efforts for our virtual
showroom platform. - Mentor and guide the development team in implementing best practices and
coding standards. - Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business
requirements into technical solutions. - Drive innovation and continuous improvement in our development processes.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, and evaluate their
potential impact on our platform. - Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality and scalability.
- Lead by example, demonstrating excellence in coding, problem-solving, and
communication.
Requirements :
- Proven experience as a technical leader or lead developer in a fast-paced
environment. - Expertise in Three.js, React.js, and Node.js, with a strong portfolio of web
development projects. - Deep understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
- Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate
effectively with cross-functional teams. - Ability to make strategic technical decisions while considering business goals and
constraints. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or
equivalent experience).
Bonus Skills :
- Previous experience in ecommerce or retail technology.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Knowledge of 3D rendering techniques and optimization strategies.
